Anton Shakirov
Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Ph.D.
Since Lex’s foundation in 2016, Anton headed Lex and was responsible for strategic development, global expansion, and technology commercialization. Prior to Lex, he managed artificial lift and technical support for oil companies in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Anton is the author of 30+ publications and holder of patents.
Yaroslav Alekseev
Chief Operating Officer
Since 2016, Yaroslav has led an engineering team and has been in charge of the product development, technical study, installation, commissioning of the equipment, and service support worldwide. Prior to Lex, he worked as an engineer in leading CIS oil companies and contributed to R&D works in Gubkin University of Oil and Gas. He is the author of 15 publications, holder of patents.
Harry Pollemans
Non-Executive Director
Harry is an international executive with over 40 years of experience across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He brings deep expertise in ESP engineering and strategic operations, having held senior leadership roles at Baker Hughes and GE Artificial Lift. A founder of his own ESP consultancy, Harry holds an MBA from Thunderbird and degrees in Electrical Engineering and Marketing.
Marina Sosnina
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Marina has been in her current role since the company’s formation in 2016. Marina develops supply chain strategies and implements efficiency growth measures. Before joining Lex, Marina took charge of logistics diversification and customer service in international service comanies.
Anton Gorislavskiy
Chief Legal & HR Officer
Anton joined Lex in 2016. He supervises all national and foreign legal matters, including corporate governance, judicial protection, tender support, M&A deals. Previously, Anton engaged in private legal practice and represented the clients before international commercial arbitration. He also was the head of legal service at Action Marketing Agency.
Nikita Pestrikov
Chief Financial Officer
Nikita manages Lex’s financial strategy, capital structuring, and performance reporting as the company scales its operations internationally. A CFA Charterholder with over 10 years of corporate finance experience, he has held senior financial roles spanning the energy, real estate, IT, and private asset management sectors at international holding companies and private family offices. His expertise covers financial modelling, capital budgeting, fundraising, investor relations, and board-level reporting. Nikita holds an MA in Economics (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh and a Certificate in Property Finance and Investment from RICS.
Fidaris Gabsalyamov
Chief Quality Officer
Fidaris leads service quality assurance initiatives, safe equipment performance & upgrades, and OSH compliance by the company’s technical services. Prior to joining Lex, he worked as an applications engineer, chief engineer, and technical director in a range of engineering and oilfield service companies for over 22 years.
Georgiy Komarov
International Service Manager
Georgiy is responsible for managing international field service with the team, installation, commissioning, repair & maintenance of pumping systems, setting and workover of VFDs in the oilfields of clients-oil operators abroad. Georgiy has 34 years of experience in operating power equipment and ESPs, such as power transformer substations, ESPs, downhole sensors, and others.
Special Projects Engineering Manager
Anton assumed his current position for Lex in 2020. He serves on the development and management of engineering projects, new products, and technologies. Anton has extensive knowledge and experience in machines & assembly units design, the development of power equipment, and bringing new products and technologies for oilfield services companies to the international market.
