Lex Solution to efficiently fluid temperatures 392 °F produce in wells

Solution to efficiently produce in wells having fluid temperatures up to 392 °F (200 °C)

We have developed improved pumping equipment which we’ve adapted to work optimally in high temperatures. This ensures steady operation in high-temperature wells of up to 392 °F (200 °С).

Solution to efficiently produce in wells having fluid temperatures up to 392 °F (200 °C)

The operation of wells with the solution to efficiently fluid temperatures exceeding 302-392 °F (150-200 °С) using standard pumping equipment is impossible. Overheated equipment leads to melting of motor and seal components and eventually total destruction of the pump.

We use high-temperature elastomers and mechanical seals in the hydraulic protection unit of our technology. Lex high-efficiency Universal PM motors have no electrical or magnetic losses and are less vulnerable to heat. In addition, they use a high-temperature-resistant synthetic oil and a special wire compound.

These improvements have provided reliable and stable operation of submersible equipment with a comprehensive delivery range, with motor internal temperatures reaching 482 °F (250 °С) in wells with extreme fluid temperatures up to 392 °F (200 °С).

We have improved the standard ESP to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Lex pumps in various well environments. Our engineering team thoroughly analyzes the incoming data to select the optimum efficiency and specific power consumption of each system (formation-wellbore-ESP). As a result, our solutions achieve the maximum efficiency and provide 30-40% runlife increase and 20-50% lower OPEX.
