2. Manufacturing & delivery

Lex’ manufacturing facilities are ISO certified and comply to modern HSE requirements. Standard delivery terms are within 45 days upon receipt of order. Complimentary real-time tracking of an order through your personal logistics assistant.

3. Pre-delivery inspection

Delivered fully assembled on site and full string tested at the manufacturing facility, LX ESP systems just require unloading and motor lead extension pass through an installation sheave while supervised by our certified representative.

4. Equipment installation

LX ESP typical installation requires 3-4 times less the time to install traditional ESP system as the result of special equipment design introduced into LX systems. Wellsite installation procedure is as simple as attaching motor lead extension to electrical motor and then run in hole. Human error is minimized ensuring successful workover program accomplishment.

5. Run in hole

Runs and pulls are no longer risky with LX ESP systems due to their compact design. Short and slim equipment design allowing flexible setting depth selection and resulting in lower workover costs.

6. Commissioning & optimization

Commissioning of LX ESPs can be done on site or remotely by our certified engineers. LX operated well (deeper than 2000 m / 6000 ft) typically achieves its target bottomhole pressure faster when compared with traditional ESP as a result of introduced active cooling system to the motor.
